Privacy Policy

At Productivise, it is our core business principle to protect the privacy of our customers and application participants or we will not have either. With this principle in mind, Productivise created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy.

1. Introduction

Productivise is an online Application that offers you productivity, business management tools, and communications feature to conduct two-way communication, and the standalone applications associated with the Services (the “Platform”), including but not limited to the instant messaging services used to support for sending chat, pictures and text, documents, internet calling, video conferencing, voice messages, cloud storage, and other functions, as well as services that interoperate with other software. We understand that the services we deliver belong to you and your communication participants, not us.

The Services are provided or controlled by TechCelX Private Limited (T-5A/6, Kensington Park, Phase-2, Sector 131, Jaypee Greens Wish Town, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201304, India). Different areas of this application may incorporate their own set of policies depending on the respective services offered and the data collection requirements. A separate policy is described for each area. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Productivise collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Application. This privacy policy applies to the Mobile App and all products and services offered by Productivise.

2. Users and their general Privacy issues

Productivise user base is divided into 2 broad sections – “Organization Owner” (An authorized creator of an organization) & “Individual Participant” (who has been invited to join an Organization). We may collect and use the following types of data when you access the platform or use the Services:

A) Account Data
You, an Organization Owner or Organization Creator may give us data regarding the creation or activation of your account on the Platform, including your name, your photo, your business mobile number and your email address, and similar security information used for authentication and account access when you access the Platform or use the Services, such as instant messaging, group creation, audio and video conference, and other communication functions.

B) Organization Data
We process the content you generate on the Platform and with the Services, including:

  • any messages, files, documents, or other content that you upload, view, edit, or comment on;
  • your address book and contacts which you choose to allow Productivise access to;
  • voice data when you use the voice message, video conference, which may include background sounds, video or recordings of online meeting. This data will be processed if you turn on the microphone and camera permission to use livestream, or the voice input function in the chat;
  • images and related information, such as picture metadata. For example, we process the image you provide when you use the video conference, and livestream;
  • data about people you connect within the Organization, including information about your organization and your contacts, such as staff or people who you choose to add in the mobile application; and
  • Data collected by Organisation Owner. If the administrator of your Organisation chooses to open, manage and use Productivise Services such as business directory, we will process the personal data for using related functions and applications according to the instructions of the Organisation Owner or Administrator. The information and data are part of Organisation Owner Controlled Data which may include your personal sensitive information such as profile photos, and other personal sensitive information required to be provided or generated by Business Workplace Owner for approval, sign-in, etc. Before collecting such kind of personal information submitted by you, Organisation Owner must ensure that they have appropriate legal grounds (including, where required, your consent), and are limited to the collection of your information necessary to achieve Organisation’s operations and management purposes. By accessing the Platform and using the Services, you hereby consent to the collection and use of such personal data by the Organisation Owner, the disclosure of such personal data by the Organisation Owner to us, and the processing and use of such personal data by us for the purposes aforementioned and otherwise stated in this Policy. You further acknowledge and agree that we are only processing your personal data in accordance with the instructions of, and on behalf of the Organization Owner.

C) Administrative Data
We process data as necessary to administer and provide the Services. This data includes:

  • usage, viewing and technical data, including your use of Services features e.g. details of application crashes and other system activity, operating system, battery, and signal strength;
  • data about the device you are using to access the Platform;
  • if you purchase a paid for version of the Services, billing details such as credit card information, banking information and/or a billing address

D) Location Data With your permission, we may also collect your location data according to Business Owner's instruction. If you refuse to provide location information, you can switch off location information functionality on your mobile device and Services.

E) Third Party Data Productivise permits the integration of other services and applications. If you are using an integrated service, we may receive data from that third party (and will also share certain data with that third party) in order to provide the integrated service. When using integrated apps and services on Productivise, please always review the relevant third-party provider’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. General

A) Policy Scope
This policy applies to all areas of the Productivise application with the exception of the customer area which is governed by a separate privacy policy. It is the responsibility of Application to provide their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any such Applications.

B) Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Application, register on the application, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our application. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, mobile number. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Mobile App related activities.

C) Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our use. Non-personal identification information may include the type of mobile device and technical information about Users means of connection to our Application, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

4. Collection and use of Information

To protect the customer resources area from misuse we actively monitor all logins into the system in addition to recording standard app logs. We collect login dates and times on an individual basis. This allows us to perform individual analysis of patterns of activity for the purposes of detecting prohibited access and misuse of the resources in the system.

Productivise Application collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:
A) To send periodic emails
The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.

B) To improve our Mobile App
We continually strive to improve our Application offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

C) To personalize user experience
We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our application.

5. Access of information to our Staff

Our staff will only access your data at a minimum necessary standard, in order to provide technical or administrative support. For instance, if you open a support ticket, hire our consulting services, or your account is flagged for a security reason, then our staff may log into your account for the purpose of troubleshooting & correcting the reported issue or performing their contracted task. We will not, for any reason, disseminate your data other than as you have directed (e.g. sending reports, etc.).

6. How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Mobile App.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Mobile App and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

7. With whom do we share your information

We do not share the Information with any third parties except under the following very limited circumstances. We may use, process, and disclose to third parties (only to the extent necessary), Account Data, Administrative Data, Organisation Data (including data accessed through your use of a Third Party Integration with Productivise Email such as Gmail), Interactions Data and Third Party Data to allow your access to and use of the Platform and the Services. Without prejudice to the purposes already set out:

A) As You Explicitly Allow:
We may share or otherwise use your Customer Information as you explicitly allow us and we may share Participant Information as both you and the Application Participant expressly allow. For example, you are given the opportunity to either hide or make available to certain Customer contact information in connection with any.

B) For Legal Reasons:
We may disclose your personal information as required by law such as to respond to court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others. We may also share your Information to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

C) Affiliates and Acquisition:
If TechCelX Private Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Application, of any change in ownership, uses of personal information, and choices you may have regarding your personal information. We may also disclose your personal information to any other third party with your prior consent.

8. Data Retention

We will retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

9. Links to other Mobile Apps

This Application contains links to other Applications that are not owned or controlled by TechCelX Private Limited. Please be aware that we, TechCelX Private Limited, are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other Mobile Apps. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our App and to read the privacy statements of each and every Application that collects personally identifiable information.

10.Can the information be changed

Your information may be viewed and modified in our active database in real-time at any time. If you wish to request deletion of data from our Application, please contact us at The changed information may remain in archives and records for some period of time. If the client requests Productivise to remove the Participant’s data or the Client’s data, Productivise will respond to their Client’s request within 30 business days.

11.Changes to this privacy policy

As we are constantly improving our services and expanding our business, we retain the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. In the event we make such changes, we will announce the changes and post the new policy on the Application. Information collected after the new policy is posted will be used in conformance with the new policy. Information gathered under the old policy will continue to be used in conformance with that policy unless we, in conjunction with the Organisation Owner, notify Application user of the changes and the Application user does not prohibit the use of the information in conformance with the new policy. If we make any material changes we will notify you or our Organisation Owner/User by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this Application prior to the change becoming effective.

We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

12.Your acceptance of these terms

By using the App or registering or signing up for the Application, you signify your acceptance of this privacy policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Application. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
